Homebrew 5.5.2 update games but not system?

Im running homebrew on my 5.5.2 wii u and have auto obtain dns disabled. I wanna update my retail smash 4 disc but not update my system. I've found tutorials for how to do it on 5.5.1 and earlier but not 5.5.2. If anyone could point me in the direction of useful resources for me or has any suggestions to offer it would be much appreciated.

PS: I tried to post this in the "Ask!" section of the site but straight up couldn't find any option to post a new question. My account is new so maybe it's cuz I dont have sufficient priveleges yet? It said "click the "Ask a question" button at the top of the page" but I sure couldnt find the button using desktop or mobile lol.

5.5.3 is harmless to homebrew this may not be the answer your looking for, but updating the system is fine. By not updating you just lose the benefits of playing smash bros online.
Just wanted to give you the ok if you decide to take the easy route in updating your games

I just use homebrew to emulate ds games. If i just allow system update from I'll be fine? I dont have to do anything special to keep loadiine working? Thx btw

yes I updated mine and nothing changed in homebrew
