Hacking Restoring games from SD Card backup before CFW?

So, long story short, BEFORE installing CFW on my switch i copied everything inside my SD Card onto my computer ( since all of my legit games are installed there )

After installing CFW, i copied back my backup into my SD Card, and the game applications are there, however it seems the switch cant find the content, if i try to launch them it says something along that there is no data for this game
Is there anyway i can restore the game content? Or should i just boot into the normal firmware and download them again? ( though seeing as i just ran CFW wont that get me banned? )

Did you backup your nand before using cfw? If yes, then you should restore that before going online.

I did my backup right after i pushed the ReiNX payload (Did the nand backup using the ReiNX toolkit from the homebrew menu ) does that still count as a clean NAND?
