it was. A switch i had before i got the correct tools. Im thinking of using a dremel and grind off the head of each one. Just looking for option before going this routeI dunno how you manage to mess these up

tried rubber band no goTry putting an elastic band over the screw head - then use a tri wing screwdriver on top of the rubber band, apply pressure and remove. If that doesn't work you can try bonding another screw (upside down) to it - and then use pliers to twist it out.
He's going to have to use it at least 4 times.
I have one question for the op out of curiosity though. After stripping the first 3 screws why did you attempt the fourth?
