Hi, I updated my answer to be as specific as I can remember. I hope that answers your question
I think its satisfactory although I'll reword it just in case: Where did you download your NSP's from? If you downloaded it from a website/Google Drive/etc, just say that without specifying the name.

Now that I have the right answer, I'll tell you what the question was actually asking. There are ways of downloading .NSP files directly from Nintendo however all of these methods require usage of your console's unique certificate which is the same thing Nintendo uses to ban people. This means using these tools to download NSP files give you an inherently higher ban risk compared to everything else posed in the survey. Of course there are other ways of downloading NSP files without risking a ban on your console's certificate however those tools I mentioned are the fastest ways to get NSPs hence why some people use them.

I didn't know there was a way to download and install NSPs that is safer. It's too late for me now for sure, but how does one do that? And may I ask you other questions through DM?

Ok I guess it’s time I contribute, was thinking I'd be banned by now but I'm not, might be helpful to some.

Did you inject an .XCI certificate using LayeredFS to play online? N
Used DevMenu? N
Installed any .NSP? Y
Did you connect to the Internet w/ any .NSP installed? Y
Did you play any .NSP installed online? N - see "additional comments" below
Did you perform any CDN/Freeshop downloading with your own Switch's certificate? N
Did you update your backups online? Yes, on CFW (sx os), but only XCIs (not NSPs)
Homebrew/non-TX CFW Used? Y Several, mainly emulators

Auto-Update Software Enabled in System Settings? N
Is pin 10 soldered/being shorted when you enter Horizon? Y
Console/Account Region(s) EU / CZ
If Banned, provide proof (video preferred) Not banned yet
Additional Comments I removed by mistake the airplane mode twice, very briefly (cca. 5-10 seconds), while already playing a backup (once an XCI, and once an NSP); I also once launched an XCI with airplane mode off, but quickly put it back on within cca 5-10 seconds. I also have the "don't send information" setting enabled in my Nintendo account (on the website).

I think there's people banned for just that. Also... This is speculation but... If the album crashes while on SXOS, the crash report wont send some suspicious info to Nintendo?

Bonjour
I've translated your post with Google Translate, i don't speak French, sorry.
If you want to leave your console completely clean of hacks, If you restore only BOOT0/BOO1, it is NOT enough. You need to restore the entire NAND. (The 29GB file)

Then don't restore BOOT0/BOOT1 and just restore the 29GB one. Remember that if you updated the console after creating the backup, your backup will be useless and if you restore it, your Switch won't boot. Also, i recommend everyone that is going to restore their console to make a new backup just in case something is bad with the clean backup.

yes I fully agree with you +1
I think my case is interesting for the statistics of ban here because my nintendo account is not blocked from the pc, my console has not seen internet since the sxos 1.4, I am at 1.6, I played in network fortnite palladin network, zelda and skyrim cartridge, before hack anything, my dump nand is that, then nsp xci homebrew it's airplane mode no update made games of the switch, just put in day nsp on nsp, or nsp on xci, still from pc bobgui public certificate so if nintendo banned me, they have secrets that exceeds what is believed that nintendo is capable..banban superban, then? switch that burns (overclock cpu gpu from nintendo server) mouah! ah! ah! I like Nintendo, even if their stroke of the baton hurts ... I buy games, but I like the homebrew emulator, and I do not want to pay the virtual console, because they are bad portage, supermario64 the resolution is 256X240 low res, not 640X480 like virtual console done, it's ugly, I have the nes, supernintendo, megadrive, I want to play my games with rom ( with retroarch vsynchro and future shader aperture grillX4 720p it's cool multiple resolution, nearest filter for retrogaming 240p, I have original cartridge, nintendo overrides his right, emulation n ' is not forbidden if you own the original games, the closure of Rom site is shameful, especially collateral damage (rom sms genesis mega cd) are also in danger, here is what I think
I do not worry at all about the fact that I am or can be ban, as I put the dongle and jig I know very well what to do I have a ps2 hdloader, a x360, a xbox, a ps3 fat60 firmware 3.51, a wii with hdd usb, in short, so I have never been banned any of my consoles, so the principle of no emunand? or restore nand, no network is true at least I think so, otherwise nintendo does things different than the 15 years that happened in the hack console and network, and since dreamcast, xbox, ps2, gba, 3ds , wii,etc...

Sorry if this has been answered before but: would I get banned for playing/having .nsp installed games on my system and then going online in OFW?

99.9℅ to be sure to be ban, or superban jackpot, the nsp change nand, not xci, so you're at the same point as me, restore nand, do not be online otherwise the hammer thor will thunder your temerity ... see my post above ... with a clean nand, ofw, original games, this is the best way to fall between the fishnet, it does not protect us from sharks .... we are small fish ...

I will not answer any questions that violate the Rules of GBATemp, even through PM.
Can you login to Nintendo's website using your linked Nintendo Account? N
Can you truly not login to your Nintendo Account on their website? I have reason to doubt they would ban your account, especially as you did not do any CDN downloading with your cert, but I am just double checking.

Potentially yes. And uninstalling them won't remove all traces of the NSP files themselves being installed. Those can only be removed with a clean NAND backup made before any hacking whatsoever.

yes,... and the question ... how many people have restored their own nand, we have been ban or superban, the statistics must be surprising. Less than 1? the 1℅ in case something else come? played a game nsp before the exit of the stores ... pure hypothesis ...

I started asking this question too late into the game but its a safe assumption majority, if not all, people who were banned did not restore a clean NAND prior to getting banned.

In other news, I yoinked the optional question about whether pin 10 is shorted or not because I think people were misinterpreting the question. What I was trying to ask was whether people had pin 10 shorted when entering Horizon (not RCM) because its possible that Horizon or the Joy-Cons are detecting this. This could have been through either soldering pin 10 or leaving the jig/paperclip in the console after booting into Horizon. I've now replaced it with a much easier and fun question.

@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.

@Psionic Roshambo AI assisted game creation is kinda already here, there was recently that AI that can turn any 2D image into a fully modeled 3D object, it's not perfect, but it's a starting point, beats starting from zero
