Here we are guys! We have finally a WIP Custom CND for Custom NSPs (developers NSPs which works only with Sigpatches)

*removed URL*
You can find it on SwitchHax Homebrew Discord

Must do:
- A bot to auto-inject NSPs in the server;
- A way to get them to download directly on the switch!

If anyone wants to help me with this project, please PM me, Thanks!

he talked about creating an illegal cdn, hosting pirated copyrighted games, to be used by new homebrew tools instead of using nintendo's cdn.
but he can't share neither the homebrew, nor the cdn website name, which is therefore only clickbait here (if not even vaporware). there's no real interest posting it on gbatemp, it should belong on other websites.

if it was a custom cdn, for nsp homebrew (working like the homebrew appstore), then it would be fine.

ps: I wouldn't trust sending encrypted console info to any website other than nintendo.

Does this site or service require encrypted console info to be sent to it?

if it uses the official cdn/eshop module of the console, it would require a cert too, and might send the same thing being sent to nintendo when using freeshopNX.
you'll probably have to replace your cert to communicate with the custom website ssl.

but, you're right, that's only supposition from me.
maybe it's not using the official module, and it's "just" a homebrew appstore for nsp file, which could very well be hosted on switchbru too, and having the appstore updated to get legal homebrew in nca or nsp format.

Depends on how it was created the NSP ;)

Right now it does seem like it's just a hbShop for NSPs.

I think he was referring to your second "to-do" item
- A way to get them to download directly on the switch!

Sorry, I removed the URL from the first post.
the current hosted NSP are compiled with the official Nintendo's SDK.

Unless there's open source method to compile nca files (then packed to nsp), then I'll allow the link in your post.

if there are a lot of nsp and system installable homebrew, I'm sure developers are currently searching for a legal method to create them. making lot of homebrew which can't be released would not be interesting for anyone.

edit :
there are already projects to create legal nca files :
https://gbatemp.net/threads/ncabuilder-build-working-installable-switch-ncas-legally.514313/
https://gbatemp.net/threads/nax0-cryptor-encrypt-and-decrypt-sd-card-ncas.516032/

then hactool can pack to nsp.

when homebrew will be packed using non-sdk tools, there will be no problem sharing them.

Oh hey, you again.
So how does it feel to know that your "CDN" will get shut down in about 5 minutes due to Nintendo whining about your GitHub pages site to Microsoft? Stop, just stop.
You're putting yourself in for a fun lawsuit if you continue to host it on a platform where there's a big bold "REPORT AND SUE" button bigger than your head just sitting there waiting to be pressed.
We get it, you want to be first. Well first is usually the one who gets to show up in court first, so be ready to become friends with a judge and that giant amount of money you'll be paying up, I'm sure they'll love you as much as I do (Which isn't very much, to be honest.)

It's like getting a tattoo that says "Hey Nintendo, sue my ass!" on your forehead.
No no no, it's like getting a tattoo that says "GITHUB AND NINTENDO IM READY FOR YOUR MASSIVE COCKS TO BE SHOVED DOWN MY THROAT WHILE YOU BOTH "SUE ME" FROM THE BACK"

A custom CDN would be neat, but honestly it'd be miraculous if Ninty Ninjas didn't descend upon it in a heartbeat.

That and trusting your console cert to something like this is just asking for it (and many others) to be collected and posted as a public cert.
