Hacking hbmenu.nro - is it different for each cfw?

I'd like to have a few different CFW's on one sdcard, but I notice the hbmenu.nro file differs.

Is it the same or are their differences?
Is their one "universal" hbmenu.nro? github

Not sure, but they are different file sizes..
example - latest Hekate4.0 build has file size 1.48MB
linked hbmenu_touch-20180604.7z build has files size of 1.45MB
RajNX included file is 1.46MB

Seems different sizes for different builds..

Some packages probably contains a build compiled from the GitHub master branch instead of the latest release. So yes they're probably somewhat different.
