Hacking Nyx: exception occurred

I have this nintendo switch that's showing this error as soon as I boot into hekate. I'm setting up HATS in the same way as I've always have, for many switches, and this is the only one that does this.

I tried two different SD cards, two different replacement sd card reader modules, and I opened it up to see if anything looked weird. Nothing looks abnormal.

What could it be? Thanks.

Can you boot into OFW and see if the SD card works as expected?
Maybe your SD card module itself is fine but the connector on the mainboard is causing some issues.
Try saving a screenshot or something.
