how come sometimes I convert a XCI to NSP there is a smaller update(?) nsp created. and when I install that the game won't run! is it tinfoil that cannot install updates?

Hello -

I'm getting "there is a possibility that the nintendo account used to purchase this software has been unlinked..." when trying to start the game after installing the update or DLC and the game will not start.

The base game without update/DLC works. Both installed through tinfoil. The game is originally an XCI file and just converted to NPS using 4nxci

The game and update and DLC are not mine so is that normal?

TIA

which of these options in your _bin file won't be patching FS.kip1 out of the box? I used ChoiDujourNX with a fresh-formatted 32 GB microSD no problem, and then used the same files on a 128 GB microSD and now it won't read it when booting to my 5.0.2 exFAT cfw. yes, I made sure to install 5.0.2 (exFAT) when prompted.
The card isn't read in any of the firmware boot options hen i send it the payload

What does the eclct do? Like what does it send to Nintendo? Does it send just error logs, or does it send more information?

Will rajNX work correctly when launched via hekateCTCv4? Thank you!

I've had no issues so far. Make sure your ini file is correct though. If there is a problem, new Hekate supports chain loading.

For example (my config):

[config]
autoboot=1
bootwait=2
verification=2
customlogo=1
logopath=/bootlogo.bmp
hbTitleId=010000000000100D
hbTitleName=Album
hbKeyCombo=!R
[RajNX CFW]
atmosphere=1
kip1patch=nosigchk
kip1patch=nogc
kip1=/RajNX/loader.kip
kip1=/RajNX/sm.kip
[RajNX CFW with LayeredFS]
atmosphere=1
kip1patch=nosigchk
kip1patch=nogc
kip1=/RajNX/loader.kip
kip1=/RajNX/sm.kip
kip1=/RajNX/fs_mitm.kip
[stock]

My switch running RajNX gave a crash error while playing an NSP on fw 5.1 just after it sent me an error saying that my switch is no longer charging and when I try to boot back into RajNX it gets stuck at the nintendo logo. Any advice?

Thanks.

Sounds like a battery drain issue. Never experienced it myself or looked into it too deep, but I've heard that it can be fixed by just charging your switch for a certain number of hours. I believe it's an issue with rcm in general, not any particular CFW. You should look into it a bit to confirm if that's the issue you're having.

I believe my switch is fried from charging it... I can boot RCM but get an error code when I try to restore my NAND (because I believe that its fried).

"an error code" is really not specific enough if you want anyone to help you.

Hello,
I encountered a "0x00236e02" error in 4.1 when I installed The Walking Dead_ The Complete First Season [v0].
I saw on the forum that it was advisable to remove fs_mitm.kip.
Is there a risk to the proper functioning of RajNX?
