As title says, seriously. I mean:

+my joycons batteries deplets even console is closed. Its like they were stuck on RCM and drained the their batteries. I am facing these all issues after using cfw.

No, we don't. You just need to repair your switch (undo CFW/AUtoRCM, reboot, other stuff which you can google, ...). You are the first one I have ever seen with an issue like this.
The battery depletion was happening to me too on stock FW, but went away, so no cause here.

You says you need undo cfw or other things. So thats my point, the source of issue is from cfws/things like that (autoRCM, etc). And I said we need fix for them.

The source of the issue does not have to be software related.. This can be hardware defect too you know? And we don't need a fix for them, as you are the only I have ever seen with a bug like this. So no, we don't need a fix for this yet.

Of course it can be hardware. But I faced these issues right after I use cfws.

What the actual fck, this has nothing to do with your joycon charging. This sounds to me more like a hardware fault then a software fault...
console does not pull power from the joycons..
Have you updated your joycons via updating them in settings menu ?
Does it hold its charge disconnected from switch ?
Will the joycon charged whilst unit is powered down and joycon attached ?

More information is needed before you blame cfw etc and so on...

Go into system settings-> controller and sensors-> upgrade controller

This will upgrade the controller firmware of the joycons and reduce such problems and more.

But seriously, I had fw 4.1.0 ofw installed and had the same issues with one joycon depleting battery. It charges as soon the switch is woken up. Don't think its such a major issue.

If you were thinking (not trying to insult you) when going with CFW, you definitely made a NAND backup, did you?
Also what CFWs did you use?
Nand backup?! .. So much work but you maybe right.

1-Yep, I updated both on 5.1.0 firmware.
2-Actually it could hold charge 1 mounth ago but now (I just opened my switch) batteries depleted! So I think maybe this is like autoRCM situtation.
3-Yes, its charging, but.. I dont understand %100 this question (sry my english)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

More like tinfoil but that is not relevant here
plus its his left joycon not the right
Exactly! Thx for answer.

I hope for your sake you did make a nand backup before you did anything

Good luck to you, You could also unpair remove pairing settings from the controller setting menu and RE-pair them
or if your smart and clever and do not mind opening you joycons...

Swap the battery over with the right joycon if you still have issues and see if it changes anything.. see if the will charge in either joycon

A flicker off charge/ or a charge and not charging status on screen could be a faulty connection in the joycon pins or joycon pin rails.

Well im done here so take care, lets go @Kubas_inko

If lithium batteries were not such crap, they would not need to be babied to increase the longevity of the battery. Nicola Tesla invented a battery that has almost no degration and still powered a 1900's electric car that had been sitting for 100 years. that's one hell of a battery. Id like to see a lithium battery that sits for 100 years and still works.....

The only fully electric cars that don't suck are the Tesla models. Guess what kind of battery they use?

It was apparently made with highly toxic materials lol

Yeah its because its the modern battery. The original 1900's battery probably has banned toxins lol. Now adays we are lucky if a phone battery lasts 2 years. All the charge/discharge cycles wear it out.
