Ok, but don't have problem to use freeshop, have an option you can block to send your privaci information for Nintendo, on this way if you don't use hack on games, Nintendo can't see if you play "cracked" games. Have 1 week I don't get any ban here. I just get problem with battery usage and freezes on Reinx.

Thing is, if you use freeshopNX, you are accessing Nintendo's E-Shop server illegally and they CAN Detect that. Once they do, they will lock out your console's certificate and when that happens you can't even get firmware updates from them anymore, they completely block you out from any online service. Just using the default privacy information doesn't prevent Nintendo from seeing what you're playing, if you're running CFW or if you're playing pirated games

Well, but I look into freeshop code source, they don't use directly server from Nintendo, have another serve with nps file storage..... If I'm wrong you can look at source code.
On 3ds I get some problem with ban, but I commit one mistake the option with "share errors for nintendo" is enable, and it cause ban on my 3ds. When I disable it and change my serial number, my online services come back again. I presume on Switch is the same way, on feedback from users get banned, I see some comment's about this option is enable. I know if I use freeshop I get ban, but Nintendo can give me ban if don't get any legal information if my console is hackable, in general they can't invade my personal privacy data without my permission.

Nintendo has 2 different servers, one of them houses all of the E-Shop content. That is the server that FreeShopNX and CDNSP access, using your console's certificate. The other is the server they use for online gaming. Using FreeShopNX accesses the E-Shop server(I forget the server's actual name) illegally, thus Nintendo can and will block your console's certificate from accessing it and the other server as well, that's how it works. The Switch works differently, security is much higher. The only way to not get banned after running a CFW is to not go online completely

I assume you talking about FreeShopNX. I talking about NXShop, this 2 homebrews use different server. I login at nintendo eshop and download Naruto collection ( I buy it) with NXshop download Doom, I don't get ban. I don't know if I consider "lucky" (impossible, because Nintendo have automatically mechanism to detect some ilegal actions), or I do correct step to avoid ban, as I mentioned up there.

Oh if it were only that simple.
