what firmware are you on? what game are you trying to run? this is relevant information. some games have certain firmware requirements.

mostly like a corrupted file..... a proper dump will show the thumbnail

Im uptodate FW and SX PRO, redownload from different sources, Game is Zelda.

SD card in exFAT? Have you unlocked the exFAT support of the Switch? If not, do it, or format the card to Fat32 (with progamm guiformat) and split the game with XCI Cutter.

Had an issue like this when I was trying to hack my friends switch. Was an issue with the sd card itself. If nothing works above try using a different sd card.

SX OS must you unlock exfat and need guiformat for fat32 and must split xci, i have SX Pro you must not Unlock exfat, who is help??

Of course you have to unlock exFAT, you have to do it on every console. I did it myself with SX Pro. See yourself and boot into the official Firmware and you will get a note to update your card.

SX Pro = SX OS + Jig + Dongle. The software is identical!
