Hello, I have a psp go which i left unused for about 6 months.. .
Last week when i tried to charge it charges for 10 mins and orange light turns off... I cant use it more than 15 mins ... Usb charge also doesnt work....
Is it the battery or the system. ..
I cant afford a new battery in uae as they are expensive here and ebay/Amazon doesnt ship to uae

I doubt much can be done apart from buying a new battery. From personal experience, 3rd party PSP batteries are total junk but the official ones last a long time, so double check that. You could try letting it completely drain, recharging it fully, and letting it drain again and see if the time from 100% to 0% is any better, as the battery capacity might not be calibrated after that length of unused time. If it's no use, it's probably possible to buy a more readily available generic LiPo battery with similar voltage and capacity and soldering it, like I've done to my PS Vita, but that depends on your confidence and skill with a soldering iron.

Ok but today i noticed the orange light comes on and off randomly. ..So do you think it is a problem with the cable/adapter ? My cable is a little damaged nd the wires inside are seen out...

The orange light is coming on and off while charging? If so then the fault is probably the charger. Is it a 3rd party charger or official? Official chargers do tend to be a bit expensive and uncommon, so try to track one down. If you can't, then a 3rd party charger should do the job as long as the cable doesn't become frayed again.
