I have the connection up and working correctly, but is it normal for transfer speeds to not exceed 355 kbps? They stay the same whether I plug my 128 gb sd card into the PC or try to use FTPd and Filezilla.

How can your card be that slow in pc reader transfer?
I have no idea. I know it's not my rig though I have an i7-4790k and just bought a 1080. The card shouldn't be a knock-off either, because I bought directly from Amazon and not a third party seller.

maybe its your card reader
or you have a knock off card
Exactly the problem, dug a little deeper and turns out I did accidentally use a third party seller. Amazon is refunding me after the card ships back. Not sure why they want that 30$ paperweight but oh well.

I dont think it weighs enough to be paperweight :P

For inventory reason, and obviously to give that bqck to the seller.
