I've run into a rather bizarre problem. for some reason, custom theme manager will not install. I took the folder from my pstv (which works) and injected it into my sd2vita micro sd card. that didn't work. then, I tried installing the vpk. error 80010016 at random percentages. then, I tried changing the vpk to a zip. still not detected. I've tried downloading and redownloading the vpk. everything else is being detected, just not custom theme manager. I tried getting it from the homebrew browser, but that crashes randomly. then, I decided to back up custom theme manager from my pstv to my vita. for some reason, neither the pstv nor the vita can connect via wifi. however, the vita can connect via usb. I have the exception rule for qcma in windows firewall. one other thing to note, I abandoned a banned account, and I let the system format the memory card instead after a system restore. could that be why custom theme manager isn't being detected? does the system format the micro sd card after formatting it to exfat on the pc? and, why would it only affect one (possibly two) things? could this affect qcma in some way? btw, this only started happening after installing an ssd into my laptop.

Did you open that folder decrypted before you copied the contents out? If you don't do that it's still encrypted per-console, so it wouldn't work on the other system. To open decrypted, move the vitashell cursor over it and press triangle. The top option should be "Open decrypted".

afaik, all you need to do is copy the app folder over to the new card and refresh the livearea. I think this is how content is shared. everything else seems to work. I did manage to get custom theme manager to appear finally after using qcma to transfer the app from my pstv to my pc, then from that to my vita. I had to use a second pc to make the transfer since neither my vita nor my pstv can connect to my laptop via wifi.

if you have a psvita 3.60/3.65henkaku enso and a offical memory card. you can jailbreak any psv without qcma and psn loggin.
step1: any memory card contain h-encore app and vitashell. unlink memory card in henkaku setting. turn off and take card out of vita
step2: insert it into any vita with 3.65-3.68 official system. let it refresh livearea ( settings-system-autostart- sel:refresh livearea screen).
then reboot device, you will see a lock icon on screen. then jailbreak it

actually, I'm just trying to back up my games in case something happens. I don't trust just backing up the micro sd card considering custom theme manager would not transfer. qcma from my pstv to my vita using another pc worked though. I think I may have found the problem. my router uses two different bands (2.4G and 5G). each has a different SSiD. I'm using the 5G one on my laptop. the vita/pstv seem to be incapable of using anything above 2.4G (it can't even detect that band). this doesn't explain my switch issue though. I did find a mistake in the proxy address, but it still can't connect. what I'm thinking is that it's the distance between both the system and the computer (on two different floors in my house).

i wonder that game roms needn't to be back up. we can download it online or transfer from our harddisk as well. the more important files is our games savedata. as use save manager to back up into ux0:data/savegames/....
i always to back up savedata when interrupted any games. so there is nearly 80 game's savedata in my memorycard until now.
compare transfer data via usb cable or wifi. i prefer cable because it's more steady and fast speed

your router support 5G but it won't interfere 2.4G's transfer. but i am not sure whether vita could be support working with 5G. maybe it's impossible because the device's hardware is out of time. LoL.

I don't know if it's relevant to your situation but 5ghz has a shorter working distance than 2.4g, its less able to penetrate walls and floors. I don't think that one floor should make much difference though.
