Homebrew FBI Error (Noob Question?)

So I recently put CFW on my 3DS (sys 11.7.0)

however, i installed a anemone cia and it worked fine but when i powered off my 3ds to put the hblauncher cia it wasnt on the homescreen
but now for any cia i try to install i get the error
Failed to install CIA file.
Result Code: 0xC8E08001
Level: Status (25)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: <unknown> (1)

Is there any fix for this?

Can you copy everything off your SD card, reformat it as FAT32 + 32 KB, and run a Full Write + Verify test using H2testw? Need to check your card isn't defective or fake (don't assume it's real until or unless you did that test already).

While i was doing this, I realized i forgot to make the cluster size 32kb, So when I did format the sd card to the 32kb cluster size I tried to install a CIA and it worked!

Great, but you did (fully) check the card with H2testw, right? You want to be absolutely sure your 3ds setup has a card that's dependable and is what its exterior label states it is.
