Hacking console freeze while playing MK8

Hi

I was trying to play Mkart8 but when loading, the screen freezed and I couldn't go back or whatever. I had to restart the console.

Is thaa happening to anyone else with the sam/other Games? Thanks

actually the conole is still freezed and I don't how to switch it off...

Press the power button until it turns off, or put it apart and remove the battery

I think it was just (very) bad luck.
