- Can I copy the contents of my current SD card to another one? I don't think I need the 64gb card after dumping the NAND and copying games from Wii U USB Helper
- What happens if the USB drive that contains all the titles installed from Wii USB Helper through WUP installer is not plugged in? (I'm planning to play 8 player smash through HID to VPAD)

Yes you can, and the titles won't show up. You're in the right thread though, so don't worry about asking dumb questions lol

As Jaspy says, the games won't show up. Only downside is if you had sorted them into folders or put them on specific pages/locations, they'll be added back to the main menu (in any available spaces) next time you plug the drive in. Organized people don't like that part.

So long story short, I'm trying to play MK8 but it says I need to update the console, and that's where I'm not sure what to do. Because if I connect to internet, a system update starts downloading automatically.

Uninstall CBHC and boot the system without HaxChi. What version does it say now? HaxChi spoofs it to 99.99.99 as a precaution.

I've been playing Madden 2005 and NCAA 2005 GC injections on the Wii U (Looks so good on the gamepad) - One of the features in these games is the ability to export data from NCAA and importing that data into Madden 2005 with the use of a memory card. Exporting in NCAA 05 works, the problem arises when I need to import it into Madden 05 - the data exported from NCAA isn't found in Madden 05. I'm not really savvy with any of this, is this due to the memory being emulated? If so, is there a way around this? When you go through Loadiine you have the ability to mess around with Nintendont, I haven't figured out a way to do that with injected GC games while Nintendont is running in the background.

Event then, not entirely sure if it's possible or what to do - would I be able to mess with the save data outside of the Wii U and doing something with it on my SD card? Thanks for help if any of you can provide it.

If I wanted to replace my current Smash DLC (purchased in eShop but not all characters/stages) with a non-legit-but fully-complete DLC pack (all characters/stages) do I first need to delete the DLC file on my usb drive before installing the new non-legit DLC? Or will it simply be overwritten automatically? Also, will my original save file still be on my USB drive after installing the non-legit DLC over my current DLC?

I'm trying to install the 1.1.7 update for sm4sh and nnu patcher gives the error code 102-4206 blocking the game update. Since its been quite some time since 5.5.2 fw has been released, would it be safe to try removing my dns block and try updating the game normally or is there a better, safer solution.
note: currently on fw 5.5.2.

Check the site's front page News and Recent Content sections just to make sure there hasn't been a new update, then remove the block, update, and reapply the block.

I'm having trouble with loadiine g2x ymod in a few situations. Y mod will crash if I don't autoboot into hbc, I have no idea why since the unmodified g2x works fine in this condition. Y mod will crash after exiting a game and reopening hbc through home menu (there may be a solution or trick I'm forgetting). Y mod will also crash when I apply controller patches with hid2vpad (autoboot to hbc, open hid2vpad, apply patches, auto exits to wii menu, open hbc which returns me to hid2vpad, press home to hbc, open loadiine g2x ymod, crash). I'll also note that it crashes if I exit from g2x and open ymod.
Are there any solutions and tricks I'm missing or fixes I can apply?

Strangely, the download bar and information disappeared from the TV display, but is still on the gamepad. I don't want to shut off the system in case of corruption (also the time this install has taken) and there's been no error messages, so what should I do? Do you think it's a problem with the NAND storage?
