Universal Minecraft Editor is a PC application by oPryzeLP and iPxD that universally allows editing of Minecraft worlds, now with Switch Bedrock out, it's possible to mode it too and fully.
(This includes the Console version and allows you to give yourself items you can't normally obtain!)

Instructions
1. Install Universal Minecraft Editor and launch it.
2. Dump your Switch Bedrock save.
3. Drag the World you want onto the Main Screen of the Program.
(If you look at Text in HxD it'll tell you which world it is, if it's not already named correspondingly)
4. The editing is pretty simple, you can see the main functions to the left of the image below.
(There is also a tutorial on the site if you need further help)
5. When you are done, hit the save icon in the top left.
When your save is injected back into your Switch, your world(s) will be modded.
(This is also compatible with converting modded Wii U saves to Switch Console
or converting modded Switch Console worlds to Switch Bedrock via the features
that allow you to do that in game.
If you're looking to convert between
platforms
unofficially, you should use MCCToolChest and
MCCToolChestPE, also by iPxD.)

Click here to visit Universal Minecraft Editor's Download Page
(There is also a useful tutorial in the site, it applies to all saves. Yes, this program can edit any world from any version of Minecraft.)
(Once again this is by oPryzeLP, not me. I am posting on his behalf because we are both leaders of the same modding group, iPxD, I'm pretty much the only one that uses GBATemp. :))

Minecraft switch bedrock doesnt work
dragging the dat file just results in an error

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Also, can you make a converter? between different platforms, like xbox/playstation/wii u/switch/pe/switch

So long as the save is from a Bedrock version of the game, no conversion is needed.

To open the Extracted save, Open Universal Minecraft Editor -> Select Windows 10 -> Click on the Folder Icon -> Navigate to the extracted save's folder-> Click Select Folder -> Click Open

Save Location on SD Card is: SDCard:\switch\Checkpoint\saves\0x0100D71004694000 Minecraft\<Whatever your Profile was for the worlds>\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds

If you really want to convert a save, From Switch to Java for example, look into MCC Tool Chest PE.

You can also install custom resources and behaviour packs (Shaders aren’t user accessible on Switch)
Does this include Java-like custom skins, similar to how you can officially use them on Windows 10? Sounds interesting.

Yes. MCCToolChest and MCCToolChestPE are both by iPxD.

Could someone recommend me a save editor it’s a gamble restoring saves with checkpoint with large files such as Minecraft... and could someone make a way to have custom skins?

I don't know how to do it can you help me do it please
Step 1: Launch Minecraft Step 2: Create a new super mario world, then exit the world to save it.
Step 2: Use Checkpoint, a save backup/restore tool to backup your "Minecraft" save
Step 3: Extract your world from the save and put it in your worlds folder for the Windows 10 version.

Start Minecraft -> Select Play -> Select Create New World -> Select the Mario Template -> Let it Initialize -> Press Create -> Wait for it to load -> Press + -> Select Save and Quit.

Restart in CFW if not already -> Launch HBL -> Launch CheckPoint -> Backup Minecraft -> Shutdown Switch.

Eject SDCard and Insert into PC -> Navigate to SDCard:\switch\Checkpoint\saves\0x0100D71004694000 Minecraft\<Whatever your backup name was>\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds -> Find the Mario Save (Save names are in the Text file within the Save Dir) -> Copy the entire folder to: C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds .

@The_Provider Query: Why would you need to convert the Mario world from the Old version to the new? Isn't it included in the Free upgrade?

@Flora Cherry I am not sure what you mean. What exactly takes hours to open?

It's most likely you can transfer the mario world template, and resource pack too
