Both me and my brother are both using SX OS, without any issues at all.
Neither has been banned.
We have both updated all our backups while in the SX OS CFW.
How are people getting banned lol?
Neither of us have attempted to play any of our backups online (like mario kart or splatton) though.

Played online with SX OS 1.1, only using self dumped certs.
Tried a public rom without cert a few times and got the error you get when your cert is banned/fake.

NOT BANNED AT ALL. Can access eshop, update games, still play online tournaments, no issues.

Yup. Sorry. I was offline the whole time. I'm not new to this. I honestly didn't care about an online ban whatsoever though!

The only thing about this bans what I personally really hate is, sometimes you have to download language files or packs trough the e-shop. Like german voice over for skyrim. If you are banned... then you have no chance (yet) to get the german dub.

Yeah I never used LayeredFS. No idea what that even really is . Just SX OS - all offline, no network saved - no updates being done - simple Game launch etc. did that and boom. Here we are. Ban city lol

Wrong. Returned electronics are sent back to the manufacturer to be refurbed. It'll get a new mobo and all.

I meant for whoever buys the returned consoles, I couldn't care less, I'm banned, but I never play online anyway nor do I spend money in the eshop anyway.

How did you activate your SX OS license? Did you do it over the internet on your console (so your console connected to the SX OS servers), or did you generate a license_request.dat file and manually activate your license through the website?

Did it over PC on their website. All offline.

i did the offline activation for mine and im still not banned

but people who did layeredfs and never touched SX are banned too

so that shows that Nintendo can detect it all

I got banned on a console I picked up 2 days ago at Best Buy. Still within return period - going to be returning it right back to Nintendo, so they can sincerely go and fuck themselves

What's even the point? Unless you decide not to replace it or not hack the next one, it's just going to get banned again. You can't return them indefinitely to Best Buy since they monitor returns and will eventually ban you from making them.
