Reading thru the posts as people reply, I see a heavy correlation to this being related to layeredfs in some facet.
Yes, not everyone that has used layeredfs has been banned..yet. but that can be simply because people receive different error codes (or none at all) based on what injects and base games they used.
I suggest everyone at this point to stop using layeredfs immedately as it seems the errors from there are flagging consoles.

People have been banned for pretty much everything at this point, from LBL to SX OS to even some homebrew. Assume nothing is safe from this point onwards.Too lazy to check all the thread, but last 2 pages there are bans with people using both sx os and layeredfs or layeredfs alone, but no ban on on ple using only sx os. Would be useful to cross check the information in the entire thread.
I've read the thread twice and this is what I was able to note:
1. Everyone who got banned had used SX mode online OR/AND had played with LayeredFS when they went online.
2. Users who ONLY used SX , updated their games in OFW AND never used layeredFS aren't banned as of now.

Here's the problem. The people being banned right now may not be the only ones. Bans seem to keep coming as the day goes on. So until people stop getting banned, we have to play it safe and assume nothing will prevent you from being banned. Just because someone hasn't been banned yet doesn't mean they won't be banned later down the road. The only valuable information at this point would be to understand if using everything offline would be safe or people are getting banned even that way. And if deleting logs is being useful.

@MightyMoe OP could add later this summary to the post since the thread has lots of information. So far that's what has happenedI've read the thread twice and this is what I was able to note:

also, if you don't do this (deleting internet settings), when booting, the switch connects to the nin servers for an instant even with airplane mode ONI have to my best extent, and if what everyone is saying is factual then Im leaning heavily towards this being on layeredfs and most likely the errors that stem from using it.
I just suggest people stay away from that entirely and those who use Sx os take extra precaution like not using the cfw or it's backups while online.
Also a tip to some, do not use airplane mode. Just delete your active wifi connection in ofw before going into cfw. That would save you from accidently connecting online while in sx os.
Thats very interesting and seems plausible. I had done both before too just for safekeep. Do you have any source?also, if you don't do this (deleting internet settings), when booting, the switch connects to the nin servers for an instant even with airplane mode ON

I agree but right now, there's a lot of new information being spread that will take time to process and in the meantime, more and more people are probably being banned. That's true, but having data and keep tracking what at the moment gets you banned, could be useful to understand how their behaviour change time after time and what they add to the ban list.
I've seen SciresM post about it in the reswitched discord server.Thats very interesting and seems plausible. I had done both before too just for safekeep. Do you have any source?
