they still do this yes just its much less common and they do it in waves though it is possible to unban yourself as long as its not a nnid ban which tends to only happen when cheating online playing leaked games before release ect

Long time ago we had to turn H&S app into FBI. Never got to reverting back. Would like to do so now...

An easy way would be to delete the H&S title using FBI and then perform a system update.
