I ordered from 3ds-flashcard late last night and it got marked as "Shipped" at 2AM (6.5 hours ago), but I never got anything.

I sent them a message through the order, hopefully I hear back soon.

I did not receive an email with an invoice. Write them a message with in your account and request payment via paypal. They will send instructions.

that means they're at least sending out keys today. I thought they will continue tomorrow lol.. I've been waiting since 8 1/2 hours now

btw they changed it now to:

I just can't seem to get the damn key to work. I get "Server response error" when I input it on the Switch itself, I can't do it via a browser since for some odd reason it isn't making the request file onto my SD card.

If the file isnt on your SD, format it on FAT32. Then you can format again in exFAT or whatever
