If anyone talked to the devs of epicgames. Please can you tell them to check my account ([email protected] (HaiderRaza)) of why it got banned for no reason?

& should I purchase battlepass for my other account? or should I not do that? I'm scared if it gets banned again for no reason. They might ban accounts on my i.p? Is that possible?

Here is a fortnite dev or community manager on reddit. Literraly just went to the reddit page and there was a post pinned by him. More devs could be there, try to search.

I have contacted two devs but they didn't replied. Also I emailed epicgames again with a different method I don't know if it's auto generated email or not but it says this.

I had no choice because you guys weren't replying. I had to contact via different method. I recently got banned for no reason. I tried to contact you guys in many ways by messaging devs & by emailing on the ban issue. But I got no response. What I got was an ignorant auto generated message. Please check on this issue. I bought battle pass with my own money. I bought 20$ worth of v-bucks. I played by staying in the rules. You can check my replays if you like. Kindly unban my account as it got banned for no reason by just an error or something. Please kindly investigate & unban my account.

You gotta play the waiting game then... you could always try to keep messaging the devs until they answer you..

The bot probably removed it. It removes a lot of posts there. Again, your best bet is to keep trying contacting the devs.

Epic games is not replying to my emails now. They don't even send the auto generated message now.I emailed them again but no reply. Also I messaged 5 devs but they didn't replied as well. I messaged them again. So.... What should I do now? I tried to call epicgames but it's not working in my country. IDK WTF to do....

Sorry but i have no idea what else you could do... Try to wait a few days, if no dev answer back, well, you would be better setting up a new account.
