Gaming Fortnite HELP!!?

Epicgames recently banned me for no reason!! I had purchased 20$ worth of v-bucks! I was on 85tier! Recently I was playing & suddenly my account got logged off & I got message that my account is inactive. I'm trying to contact epicgames via mail but they send me auto generated mails. What am I suppose to do now?

I know it may sound stupid but someone somehow got onto my account and played a bunch of matches before I turned on the 2-step, to this day I keep getting the email with the code cause someone keeps trying to get in.

Could be someone got into your account and did some cheats and or glitches.

Have you been doing duos on solo matches? Have you glitched under the map before? Have you messed arround with the playgrounds?

These three are the most causes of bans... and cheating too of course.

Be honest and if you have done one of the three, well, that would be the reason why you got banned.

Also, good luck with that... the costumer service via email is shitty as hell. So your best bet would be to contact a game dev or community manager directly via reddit or twitter and talk about your case.

They have 12 hours a day to work with. Plus I said it's a stupid possibility and may not be the case.

Also they can see your play activity on the fortnite tracker, they'd just have to wait till you stopped and then they'd be able to play till you logged in again.

No I play squad a lot. I don't know what you mean by glitch under the map. I have once used the swing in the retail but it was long ago. Also the last time I checked my replays. It was only my replay. No one could possibly have used my account as far as I know. Did they ban me in error? How am I suppose to tell them?

It could not be the case. I think they are banning people randomly. I have checked on google. Lot of people got banned without any reason. How I am suppose to contact them & get through with this trouble?

As i said, if you think you got banned incorrectly, contact a game dev or community manager. You can find some in fortnite's official reddit. @arCtyC is also the community manager of fortnite over twitter.

What does the auto-reply say? I imagine something like "We'll respond in XX hours"?

If that's the case, just be patient and wait for a response. And if you're playing 12 hours a day, might I suggest getting some fresh air?

It says (Bans for any reason are not issued unless they are rightfully warranted. For this reason your ban will not be overturned)

you got falsely banned in a kiddie hyped fremium game which you spent money in, which got seriously hacked some time ago and everyone is receiving thoose "authentication" emails
and still think in giving them more money?

My advice, ask them why you were banned. Ask for an exact reason. If it turns out you've done what they've said you've done, then you'll have to accept it. If not, and you honestly have done nothing wrong, I would be happy to help you write an email of appeal.

As i said, talk to the people directly. Sorry if i can't give more names, but the devs are there, try to research for a while so you can find them and contact them :/

It's the only way... emails wont work, i have been waiting two months for a refund email and never got a reply back.

Probably over reddit. They seem to be more community open over there.
