It's been 4 hours and it's still in processing.. also i still didn't got debited from my credit card
is it normal?

i ordered SX OS on axiogame , My order is in processing state too BUT i've been debited , i think that's gonna stay in << processing til your SX pro is shipped or SX license sent by mail , ( But i'm not sure that's just what's i'm thinking since my order is in the same state )

by the way i made the order the 8 , so that's why i'm thinking this is normal ( preorder thing xD ) just check your bank account later to be sure ^^ ( that wasn't instantly debited for me too but i don't remember how much time it took sorry ^^ )

All the sites take long to process because they have so much orders to go through. As long as your order is placed, it will be taken care of eventually. There's plenty of time before release.
