I AM NOT SURE IF SOMEONE HAS FOUND THIS YET!

I have found a way to play any MP4 files!
You'll need an internet connection, a computer, and a Google account.

STEPS:
COMPUTER:
1. Go to Google Drive and sign into your Google account.
2. Upload your mp4 file.

SWITCH:
1. Open System Settings.
2. Go to Users and select your account.
3. Scroll down to 'Posting to Social Media' and tap it.
4. Go ahead and press link on Facebook.
5. Scroll down to Pages and tap on it.
6. Search for Google Drive.
7. Click on the first result, yes it's not a official page but it works.
8. Find the website area of the page and tap on the website.
9. Sign into the same Google account you uploaded the video on.
10. Select the video and enter fullscreen and your video should start playing.

Clickbait... I thought OP had found a way to sign local mp4 files for use in album.

The method he found has been known since last summer, that's how Switchtube works...
I know that is how SwitchTube works. I never said in the title anything about signing local mp4s so how is it clickbait?

Dumbass

Thanks for the find maybe i can watch my digital copies now

Just gonna write on this thread something i wanted to ask u guys.
Would ppl want a mp3 player for the switch?

dont know if its "wanted" but, everything you achieve, even its not "wanted" is a success. so feel free :D

confirmed now watching "how high"
wonder if someone has a movie library in their google drive because sharing is possible.

Because streaming a video online from any Google, FB Or Twitter host is already well known.

When u have a title that says "Watch any mp4 on Switch" people presume u are talking about local playback.

Still doesn't make it clickbait though. I get what you're saying but the OP did state that he wasn't sure if it had already been discovered.

People are so quick to criticise on here sometimes.

Yeah, go ahead and post a link to your files and watch how fast you reach your daily limit. Not feasible to share with Google drive on a free account

you should only call it clickbait if it brings profit. but what kind of profit does OP make? GBATemp XP? yeah its a pretty useless thread but not clickbait in any definition.
