Hey there, my phone is a Oneplus One, it use micro usb and i was thinking about buying an usb a to usb c adaptor for my standard cable and use it to launch payloads from my phone

would that work? does the cable needs to be usb c? (wich means i should buy two adaptors)

thank you

2.0.0 and here it only works with the default payload

I tried versions 1.5.1 and 2.0 from Hekate - CTCaer and it loads the file, but when I plug the switch nothing happens.

i tried usb micro ----> usb micro to usb C OTG , that didnt work

you need to activate OTG mode on the phone.... i dont know how to do that with a normal cable without OTG plug and without cutting wires...

so yeah, I bought that usb a female to usb c and using the micro-usb cable IT DID NOT WORK

luckly, i had this sd reader around and surprisly enough, it worked connecting the usbc to the switch and the mircro usb to my phone!

take a look!

As souler92 mentioned and you discovered with your sdcard adapter, your phone and cable must be On The Go configured. Wow I can't believe the One+1 is OTG capable. That phone is archaic!

yeah, it is 4 years old and honestly, it still holds up pretty damn well! running lineage os 7.1.2 on it
