Hardware Hard Drive Not Working

Gosh, this is it...
I think my main internal Hard Drive just died, it's a 1TB WD Blue 7200RPM Hard Drive (the usual), bought about 3 years back. Just yesterday I heard some sort of clicking noise, not too sharp, sounded like a wire that's really close to my CPU Fan that's knocking on every wing of the fan, but a very soft sound, I thought it was merely that and just ignored it. Today no such sound is there, and to my huge surprise, all the partitioned drives in my PC is gone, and what's only left are my two SSD's. It's really coincidental that I was about to copy some anime to another hard drive today to give to a friend tomorrow, and that this happened today...

I've heard tons of stories of failed hard drives, and all of them don't have a happily ever after ending. I feel like an idiot for not backing my stuff up, but I did plan on backing everything up one day as I knew that one day my hard drive would fail, but I didn't think it would come so soon. Whoever's reading this, just back up your stuff please, you never know when things like this could happen, and when it does, it really can be devastating. My Switch broke recently too, it doesn't charge anymore. Damn it's a tough time lol...


So I haven't just posted here to vent, but also to maybe hopefully find a solution to this, maybe it's a simple matter here I hope...


Basically the hard drive won't spin. I put my whole hand on it while the PC was on and felt nothing, well maybe an extremely faint vibration, but I could be imagining things; could be the fan vibrations from the rest of the PC.
I tried switching SATA Cables, the SATA ports, different power connectors from the PSU, nothing. BIOS doesn't show the Hard Drive, just N/A, like if the SATA cable weren't connected to anything.
There is a LOT of dust between the PCB and casing I can see, I removed the ones jutting out, it looks like thick dust like those protective sponge like things you use to pack things in boxes.

I hope that's enough of info, if there's anything I could try or diagnose, anything really, please share with me. Thanks for reading.

Only thing I can think about is going to a data recovery specialist. If only the disk spun you could've used advanced partition managers etc.

What about getting it running again? Like getting it to spin again somehow?

That's above my knowledge level. But I don't recommend doing anything at home ("DIY") if you don't wanna bring your data recovery chances to 0.

Yeah Hard Drives are delicate little things despite their name haha. If there was a simple fix I would try it myself, but removing the casing where the disk is exposed is a nono for me. But still I would like to know what would be done anyhow. Thanks for helping though.
