Hacking [HELP] My 3DS wont turn on

Hello, so something suddenly happened to my 3ds, first when it was on, I went to homebrew launcher and the the following error occurred:

Sorry for the giant pic, then I deleted the crashdump with arm11 folder which contained nothing but this crash dump and now my 3DS wont turn on...
Please help me

Can I just fix it by downloading Luma stuff and then copying arm11 folder which contains crashdump?

Have you tried deleting the home menu extdata? I think you should try it if you didn't.

When I run without an sd card, the blue light appears and disappears in half a second and if I turn it on while holding select with sd card, it appears and disappears for like 7 seconds and when I turn it on without both of them, then it also appears and disappears for half a second

That's because there is no such thing as a "Luma ctrtransfer", they're two separate things.
