if you are PS4 5.05 firmware....very important THAT firmware... it will crash and say something about exploit blah blah NSA and you will get a 'debug setting' in the settings.

well i do see the bars turn grey after refreshing the site on my ps4

there's no indicator that it was successful? it should do something, then you minimize the website, and you're good to go.

I don't use update blocker. I just block updates via a proxy, so I don't really know. I'm staying on 4.55 for the time being 'til it's safe to update.

After running go to -> Settings and scroll down. “Debug settings” option should be visible.
