afaik, you can't. the ps4 has to decrypt the packages.

This is really important. Why do you need to compile an update blocker?
I don't even know how, and an update blocker is the most important thing in the world.

Yeps, after waiting 5 months I will kill myself if I update my PS4 while I am in hyped-mode. For that reason, I have shut down my PS4 in order for me to cool off first.

if you mean self-hosting, you'll probably have to compile the payloads or else wait a few days for others to compile them. I'd urge you to consult @KiiWii 's guide. he'll probably have them compiled soon. I think he's already done several of the 5.05 payloads actually.
