Hacking Small Question about NTRboot.

Hello, everyone! What I'm asking for today is this lil' question:

When you hack your 3ds with NTRboot, using an R4 flashcart ; After the 3DS is hacked successfully, do you need the R4 to be always inserted in the 3DS? I'm asking to know if I could borrow an R4 from a friend. Thanks guys!

No. The neccessary files are installed on your 3DS and sd card.
