That does not seem to be the case as the Pro has now been confirmed to be DRM locked to the license as well.

This means one of the switches he would have to use the dongle on and on the other switch he would need to hook it to a PC or use the method for android.

Can anyone else confirm this?

So I recommend no one pre order the os, wait and buy it from them (if your gonna buy it at all, atmosphere sounds like the better choice)

True I'm just trying to figure this out, because owning two switches and doing this isn't really isn't it the FAQ is you can use the dongle and have two different OS

Really lame to get the site up at the time the dongles should have arrived by the customers. This means people who pre-order will not be able to use it right away.

There is nothing illegal about backups, I'm not downloading something off the internet. Nintendo Policy doesn't allow it either but there is a clear difference between me backing up games I own and distributing said games to others. I know you aren't that dumb yet you're the one starting to sound delusional dear.

Backing up your own games requires circumventing copy protection and is illegal and the penalties are still the same if you have downloaded that game from the Internet. That's the law. Then there are Nintendo's policies, but if you break those you only lose your warranty and possibly get banned from their on-line services. I don't understand your hostility to other forum members. Sure, some of them might be younger then you, but there's no need to be a prick as insulting people isn't going to help you help them learn.

Oops. Meant to comment on this, not 'like' it. More than likely, that is because other things may be out around that time. Also, because they know it's going to get dug into as soon as it's released.

From what I've read, you need two licenses. Whatever that may be. You do not even need the jig or dongle, it's a convenience item if you dont have a compatible Phone or a computer nearby.

Where does the "finally" come from? They just posted the product video and needed time for feedback to compose the FAQ. I say the timing was right as it's more then I expected in such a short period of time.

Yes, I am aware of the laws. The user is question is using an IP from the USA so I assumed that's where he's from.

According to Xecuter you can run their device on any firmware version. So if you want the latest features and functionality you should update, but I would wait until you get the product just to be safe.

Well in the Video they are in Plane mode, so prob. wont work. Only stuff we could do is "Pre-Download" the Updates if this still working?

It has a cfw mode and regular mode. I would assume you go on eshop on regular mode then boot into cfw mode. Just a theory

Maybe a little off topic, but people keep claiming atmosphere being superior to this.
Yes that will be open source and yes it will not be strictly for piracy, but I guess I have missed a lot since I haven’t seen anything more than booting homebrew launcher so I really have no clue if it will be better.

So if i have firmware 3.0 and i want to load hyrule warriors that sure will have a higher firmware , will i have to update the firmware on my switch ? ,, or the xecuter OS is going to bypass the firmware game version and aloud me to play it with the old firmware that i have installed ?
