All this hype and no cold-boot solution is pretty disappointing. Does that mean it cant be done or just not figured out yet? If that's the case, might as well just stick with your jigs and tegrarcm, no homebrew at launch either. You're basically paying 40$ to not use your jig lol, not worth it.

Coldboot exploit is missing , but maybe ScriesM knows something but i guess not at this point

Only Difference , with SX Pro you wont need your PC or Phone with SX OS you will need always to have a pc or phone

No, you're thinking of triggering RCM from homebrew.

AutoRCM was mentioned in Fusee Gelee disclosure but no tool has been released AFAIK. It works on all firmwares by making your switch unbootable, so it goes into the recovery menu so you can repair it.

the problem i have is not if it's paid or not. its when a free version comes out, it's always better supported than the thing you paid money for.

But with these paid stuff we get good free stuff after it's reverse engineered. The devs will learn new shit and port it out for free

There is a difference between backing up the games you have personally bought and outright downloading full games for free and using them. Even then its specifically against Nintendos policy. The only point was to support developers, how are you going to argue with that? It takes years to develop a game. No one saying its ok, but YOU REGISTERED on a board thats centered around hacking (and by definition piracy) and it ALWAYS was.

Me and a ton of users here are more interested in Piracy, CFW than homebrew itself, and around gbatemp PIRACY is what will clog up the threads once the backup loader is released. Again it was ALWAYS like that.

If you dont like you are free to go check another board that suits your needs better.

i am thinkin once atmp comes out someone will get bbb dumps to work.

its a 2 way direction, if your in to backups then xecuter is your way, if your into homebrew then team reswitched.

for me i want backups as well, but i can wait a month and see what happens.
i like the auto rcm feature actually,
we are still 3 weeks away from anything being out, the scene is amazing thanks god and im pleased we have 2 teams working and hope the rest jumps in

Hacking something you own and purchased has nothing to do with piracy. They aren't related! That's like saying I cut my pizza into squares instead of triangles so I guess since I do that I can go steal some pizza. Ya bad analogy but you get the jist. Hacking a product you purchased isn't the same as hacking into the Pentagon, hacking in this forum means modding and it's 100% allowed because you own what youre modding. I can see why you would think piracy and hacking go together because hacking/modding can promote it but that's not what these forums certainly allow. You won't see any game dump links posted.

Anyways I made my point and I enjoy modding, keep the piracy bullshit away from these forums, that's not what they are for.
