Hacking Luma 3DS freezes every time

I try to turn on the console and the Luma configuration menu shows up, then I press Start and it gets frozen. Holding L during the launch the Sysnand appears but it gets frozen again when I open the Rosalina menu.
Even forcing to launch Godmode9 it gets frozen, and if removing the SD card too.

How about a little more information about the firmware of your 3ds. Such as the firmware it is on and the version of Luma.

Luma configuration shows every time? Make sure your sd is set to read/write or try another.

There is your problem, did you installed bootstrap on 11.6.0-39E? If so then how?

So, try to download a fresh copy of the latest version of Luma. Try to reinstall boot9strap. Do a system update. Everything should be fine.

Yes, I tried, I think it's a NAND problem

You might try ntrboothax. The cheapest ntrboothax compatible flashcart is about $10. For about $20 you could get a flashcart with ntrboothax preinstalled.

If the config menu appears every time it is a problem with your SD card. Test your SD cards with H2testw and buy a new one from a brick and mortar store.

I think I found the problem: whenever I make a change of time, I must wait a day until I am allowed to enter the home menu.

Well, aparently, my Select button was stuck and that's why every time the Luma menu shows up...
