1. download it
try searhing for SilicaAndPina CIDSpoofer
2. add to your config
add "ux0:tai/cidSpoofer.skprx" or a custom path like "ux0:eix/plugins/CID.skprx" if your me under *KERNEL
3. create a file at ux0:CID.bin
4. open it and delete everything but 16 bytes
5. those 16 bytes are now your CID
press triangle to access the hex editor to change it

What program did you use to show the CID and other data? It looks a lot similar to 3DSident.

Finally, what are the drives on a Vita (like ux0: ) and what do they do? List all of them.
