Hacking New Nintendo 3DS XL question

Hey guys, i HATE going to the microSD on my new3ds.

Therefore would gateway be more conviennat for me given I need to store games [im assuming] on the micro 3ds to play them off of sysnand when hacked by luma?

But there are mistakes and MISTAKES... Quite a big diference.

Sometimes is better not to get high before trying to write, even less when your mind is on a twister.

When hacked with Luma you can either use ftp to copy files over the network, or for games just use freeshop

uh, does Gateway even work with the latest firmware? iirc, it hasn't been updated in ages, and iirc it doesn't work post-11.2 for SysNAND. I can't remember specifics, though, so I could be mistaken.

It still can't run 11.3+ in any way (and by complete coincidence, 11.3+ reinstalls the kernel on every boot, for the mind stimulation of people who use CFWs without kernel write protection... like Gateway's)

If you don't like taking out your SD card or going to microsd management, all you can do is Super FTPD 2 Turbo.

And Gateway is not even close to convenient on 11.6. You have to set up a frankenfirm & use A9LH, which is obsolete and can't load .firms (aka most cfws/other things like GodMode9). Gateway is also stupidly expensive, and I don't think it can even run some more recent games.

Please, please do not use Gateway.

You don't have to use A9LH actually. Works fine with B9S if you follow the guide posted on the forum.
Being limited to 11.2 or a frankenfirm kind of sucks. But I don't really use my 3DS enough to care anymore. Moving all my games and saves over to Luma would take me longer than the amount of time I've played my 3DS in the past at least 6 months.
