Yes it's from Freeshop, Particularly a game called "名探偵ピカチュウ 〜新コンビ誕生〜 " in ENG "Detective Pikachu" for the 3DS console.

I forgot the game title id. Go to FBI->titles->名探偵ピカチュウ 〜新コンビ誕生〜 and tell me the number starting by 0004 in the top screen

Go to your SD, luma folder. Create a folder named titles. Inside create a folder named 000400000018CA00 and inside that folder put the locale.txt file I sent.

Then go to the luma configuration screen (hold select when booting the 3ds) and enable game patching. ( Make sure the ( ) changes to (x)). Then press start to save.

You will have to do the same procedure for all japanese games, but changing the title id to the one of the game not working.
