Thank you everyone for your opinion, I found a spare unit online that is on 1.0.0 , Im stay on 1.0.0 on that unit and wait it out.

It's not a problem if you want to update from 1.0.0 to 2.x or 3.0 below, so your question looks dumb.

Well actually I was asking about which software version one to get, I end up going with 1.0.0 instead, I found multiple sellers on ebay with price range that I like and unit that is on 3.0.0, and one other seller with unit that is on 1.0.0 I decided to buy the 1.0.0 one. I know about the pokken tournament cart update.

Just remember 1.0 will require a JPN version of Puyo Puyo Tetris. I have not heard of reports of a version requiring 2.x+ fw so you may want to buy one before Nintendo decides to update the cart to only work on higher firmwares

This is correct, but it will obviously require an update to 3.0.0. In the long term, that's fine, but in the short term, 1.0.0 will get CFW first, probably weeks or months before 3.0.0.

Okay I'm stay on 1.0.0 on the new unit , and wait it out see what SciresM will do with his Atmosphere CFW.

It is a problem. 1.0.0 will get everything first..within weeks. 3.0.0 is within months.
