Hacking Bricked Wii U

this is a longshot, but it may be stuck trying to load mocha with no config.txt for some reason. create a config.txt with this on the (use notepad++):

there was a config.ini file, and it's unfortunately not working

I don't see the problem. I've installed CBHC 3 times now (for me and 2 of my friends) and never got a problem.
These Instructions are absurdly simple but I guess It's the anxiety in the people which results in mistakes.

The problem was not related to incorrectly installing or removing CBHC, in fact it was caused by correctly replacing a public key, correctly removing CBHC, and the system (now enforcing signatures) now correctly rejecting a title signed with the old key

People have done this on 3DS multiple times too (removing "CFW" with modified system titles), and the system correctly does what it's told to!

For what it is worth, i never bothered with cbch, it is too finicky and too messy, the brick potential is huge, unlike content hax with the 3ds (themehax?) The very first rudimentary (was awesome bCk in thenday) coldboot for 3ds 9.2 Which can be fixed if.brolen via sdcard cleanup or changing things

Why don't you look in the stickys of the forum in which you are posting In? We have a community noob guide that is constantly updated and doesn't tell users to load 1 CFW to launch a 2nd then inexplicably programmed to launch a 3rd.

Not only that but we explain what the hell it is youre actually doing instead of just saying follow this step etc. We have a real, communtity updated guide here... sir.

I've said it before (on many occasions and threads) STOP using wiiu.guide. Do not use it. Do not reference it. Do not even say it. Its full of shit. Its wrong. Its bad. And I'm sick of seeing noobs on here crying because they followed it. Use the god damn guides on here written by people who know what they are doing and not by complete dicks that wrote wiiu.guide. And I'll say it again just to be clear to anyone reading this - don't use wiiu.guide. There.

Hey don't get triggered man, the plea was legit, lol I didn't say the guide was great, just said I've used it maybe at least 3x, it is actually my fault that i missed the stickies.

Also mentioned i never used cbch (and rednand)

Tbh i only landed on wiiu.xxxxx cos of the 3ds guide, when the tuts here and there (during the 3ds was becoming confusing) i know i should havr read the stickies on this subforum, i skimmed it and guilty as charged.

I'll just catch up and read the stickies on my next wiiu lined up for hax.

I know the content and guides in gbatemp are done for free, I'm personally greatful and thankful for all the contributors.

Let's start with some basic questions. Did you perform and "hacks" on your Wii u and vWii?

The "issues" you described here were fixed for https://wiiu.hacks.guide nearly a year ago.

1. CBHC / Haxchi use the built-in patches
2. Mocha is only used for browserhax users
3. RedNAND was completely removed
4. There's an entire SysNAND backup page....

Why are you claiming it's not updated without actually checking if it has been updated?

If you have issues with the way it's currently set-up, please inform me. I cannot fix problems I do not know about.

I receive essentially no bug-reports related to that site, so I can only assume it works for everyone just fine. I do not have the free time to constantly look through GPAtemp posts looking for issues.
