I recently uninstalled my luma cfw (in 11.6) to launch correctly my r4. Then, no more applications are launching and after, they got deleted. HELP.

Depends on how you installed. If you have ntrboot, you're fine.
If you have a modified dsiware game, you're fine.

If no to the above, you can use seedminer to get cfw back. Really easy if you still have your movable.sed.

Not unless you can flash bootntr to the flashcard so you can install boot9strap and luma again...

I'm not sure for ntrboot, here is my linker i don't think it can ntrboot

It works with ntrboot.

Rule number 1 of cfw, if something goes wrong, 9 times out of 10 uninstalling cfw does not fix the issue.
