seedstarter doesn't dump it there. It's dumped to root.copy your ctcert.bin from your /seedstarter on your SD card to the root of your SD card

Ok, hopefully this is my last dumb question. I'm trying to use TADpole and when i try to execute "python TADpole.py <dsiware export> <dump or rebuild>" I get "< was unexpected at this time"

What is that file even? Where do you get it from, and what does it contain? Is it a system file from the device? It probably is classed as copyrighted content and therefore would be a no-go to post here.Okay. Who should I ask to get a guaranteed answer?
