seedstarter doesn't dump it there. It's dumped to root.
I should probably change that.

Actually I just did this as well and it didn't dump into the root even though the guide says it does. I needed to copy it from the seedstarter folder into the root as well before ctcertifier worked.

EDIT: I used the .3dsx version.

Ok, hopefully this is my last dumb question. I'm trying to use TADpole and when i try to execute "python TADpole.py <dsiware export> <dump or rebuild>" I get "< was unexpected at this time"

Okay. Who should I ask to get a guaranteed answer?
Maybe if I could find a 3dbrew page on ctrcert.bin I could figure it out myself.
What is that file even? Where do you get it from, and what does it contain? Is it a system file from the device? It probably is classed as copyrighted content and therefore would be a no-go to post here.
