Hardware Looking for a specific kind of PC

Hey, I’m looking for a PC with these specs:
i7 processor
16gb ram
3.4 ghz
1 tb hard drive or more
price under or at $600
i don’t care if its refurbished
So, does anyone know where I can get a pc like this, or even if I can?
EDIT: I also need Wi-Fi capability, Bluetooth (if possible), and a dvd drive

Honestly, i have no idea. anything decent works i guess, i’m gonna mainly use this for games if that helps

If all you're doing is gaming, you don't need an i7, go for an i5 instead. That will lower the price a fair amount, and games will still perform just as well.

He could possibly also look for a Sandy Bridge i7 system to keep costs low, as well
