Please provide more info. What happens when you try it? How did you get the dump? What did you type into the toolkit?

I also have this problem.
Dump an encrypted CIA of your game and it will extract.
I don't know why, it just happens.

For the last time as this has been posted over a hundred times already and it's on the program's page too...
HackingToolkit3DS=Decrypted only
HackingToolkit9DS=Encrypted only
Just use the older version before it was renamed since your file is decrypted, no need for new CIA.

You already got an answer. Just download the correct version of HackingToolKit or use something else like .Net 3DSTools.

You need HackingToolKit3DS for decrypted files.

If someone tells you that a game only works on Windows 10 and you have Windows 7, are you going to download it anyway and complain it doesn't work? Wouldn't it be smarter to actually read what you're downloading? I don't understand why so many people have trouble understanding there are two versions of the program. It's not rocket science. How in the world did you manage to install CFW when files are console specific?

Think of the website less like a discord and more of Reddit. You make the messages 1 big text vs a bunch if smaller ones. Anyway, googling hackingtoolkit3ds should lead you to heat you're looking for.

There are a few links here, one says "PackEnglishV11.rar". That is the latest English version, I think.

Then you're on your own.
