You can use an emulator like Snes9x or RetroArch.

Try the NSUI beta, it does have Snes9x. @Asdolo gave me a link to it through a PM.

He gave me one too and I'll tell you, this thing is the absolute best injector/forwarder out there. Absolutely amazing!

The forwarder works with Retroarch I believe. It allows one to play Super Mario RPG on N3DS which was impossible to do before.

I'm having some trouble. I patched an unheadered ROM of Super Metroid with begrimed's Project Base hack, and the patched ROM doesn't work with USNESVCI. It gives me the error message "the ROM is neither HiROM or LoROM, or is trimmed!". Is Project Base just not compatible with USNESVCI? When I applied the "Gameplay Only" Project Base patch, the resulting ROM worked fine, and I was just playing it a moment ago with no problems. The same is true for Hyper Metroid. It works fine.

The VC emulator is designed only for New 3DS because of its increased processing power. If it was run on an old 3DS, the game would run very choppy and slow.

That is true, but you can use the Forwarder Maker instead. Use CATSFC and it runs perfectly.

I think all of his individual injectors are effectively dead and he is now working on an All-In-One Ultimate Injector. I may be wrong though.

Yes. Just because the 3ds is only system I've ever played Chrono Trigger on and it worked perfectly. N3DS only though!
