Hacking Question What have I missed?

The name should be self explanatory. Something happened and either Reswitched or Pegaswitch has done something and hacked the switch. So somebody fill me in.... What has happened?

3.0 will get homebrew only, no kernel. There's no kernelhax either private or public for this version and there won't be one for a while according to SciresM.
