Misc Error Code: 005-5602

So I did a region change from JPN to US on a N3ds Xl a while back. I know you cant access the eshop after you region change, but is there a work around on this now? I want to use pokemon bank. Also my main 3ds is banned so i cant transfer it to there and do it ( and wonky c stick). So is there any workarounds for the error code: 005-5602?

If your system has accessed the eshop on the previous region before the change. For now there isnt a way to bypass this. What ban do you got anyways? There are ways to lift certain bans from your console.

my other 3ds can be unbanned, I just need to do the whole friendcodeseed_b thing. I can still access the eshop on that account tho, so I guess pokemon bank would work just fine. I just cant play games online on that 3ds.
