It hard to find a new one as the ievolution had a really short lifespan before they vanished. So pretty much the only way to get it now is if other people want to sell theirs off.

Why do you want to buy an outdated card?
If you are going to buy a new one, I highly suggest a R4i Gold from r4ids.cn.
It's cheap and supports all games. It also can be used to install NTRBootHax

The CycloDS iEvolution is the only flashcart that runs in DSi mode.

Also, damn that card is expensive now. Gotta love that packaging though and the evolution logo. haha.

Tho it only works with about 50% of the proper dsi enhanced dumps and you can't play online etc.

From what I heard online works as it should, but non-DSi-enhanced games don't have online when in DSi mode. Still you can switch back to DS-mode for those games.
I actually barely tried it with DSi-enhanced games. I tried to get Pokemon working but apparently it wasn't properly dumped even though it had (DSi Enhanced) in the release name. Had to use some sort of patch to restore DSi-mode functionality to the game.

Online only works in DS mode, yes. Not in DSi mode (not even with dsi enhanced dumps).

The only games I remember having an interesting DSi enhanced feature were Pokémon BW(1 and 2), they supported WPA internet. But now you can't go on those games online since the servers were shut down.

Also, for DSi games, freeshop works fine.

I fail to see a reason to buy a Cycle DS right now.
