Yes. You have to update to the latest version first.

It's best for the homebrew scene if these guys get locked out.

@WiiBrewer So like they said, no it's not possible, there's no public exploit, and no HBC for Switch. Little friendly advice : try to read the stickies on the forum, and before asking a question, use the search function to see if someone asked the same question. Or just browse the forum a bit, you'll find that kind of infos very quickly. I'm saying that for your own good, because as you can see with questions like this you'll just attract all the forum's trolls and flamers, and that will escalate for no reasons.
