So yeah, sorry to bother you guys with such ridiculous questions.
So I was playing with my newly hacked, unbanned and cheaply purchased New 3DS mint condition
and I activated the Clock+L2 option on Luma.
I was playing Zelda OOT and I didn't notice much of a difference if any, on framerate. I know that is because the game is probably capped at 30fps, but my question is:
Regarding this, does the Luma Clock+L2 feature actually downclocks in games that are capped?
What I mean by this, is that from what I can tell, my battery charge doesn't really depletes any faster using Clock+L2 while playing Zeldo OOT. Using this info, I could think that maybe there is some kind of downclocking going on?
Any theories or knowledge would be gladly welcomed, yes, I am bored
but I really would like to know this, I just don't want my 3DS to get overly hot for no reason, etc.
Cheers guys!
